I started Prologe because I saw a gap in the market: Traditional HR consulting delivers frameworks, not results. Companies get 200-page decks, endless workshops, and little accountability.

I wanted to build something different: An HR advisory with the speed and pragmatism of a startup, the rigor of consulting, and the empathy of someone who's sat in your seat and knows what it takes to build and manage teams that win.
